Підготовка майбутніх менеджерів освіти до управління загальноосвітнім навчальним закладом в умовах інклюзії

Abstract

У дисертації вперше визначено педагогічні умови підготовки майбутніх менеджерів освіти до управління загальноосвітнім навчальним закладом в умовах інклюзії (забезпечення розвитку професійно важливих якостей менеджерів освіти, спрямованих на ефективне здійснення ними управління загальноосвітнім навчальним закладом в умовах інклюзії; наявність позитивної мотивації менеджерів освіти до запровадження принципів інклюзивної освіти; створення банку інформаційно-методичних ресурсів для забезпечення аудиторної і самостійної роботи майбутніх менеджерів освіти). In the dissertation an author had originally determined the pedagogical conditions of trainig for future managers of education to the control of general educational establishment in the terms of inclusion (providing of development of professionally important qualities of managers of education, directed to effective realization of control of general educational establishment in the terms of inclusion; presence of positive motivation of managers of education to introduction of principles of inclusive education; creation of bank of informative-methodical resources for providing of auditorium and independent work of future managers of education).
