Формування рефлексивної компетентності у професійній підготовці майбутніх психологів

Abstract

The article presents a theoretical analysis of reflexive competence of future specialists and specifics of using the practice of supervision as a means of forming reflective competence in the professional training of future psychologists. It presents a theoretical analysis of the concept of reflexive competence, defines its role in the professional activity of the psychologist-practitioner. Reflexivity is an important indicator of the maturity of a personality in the development of competencies and important qualities that allows us to talk about the necessity of forming a reflexive competence of every modern specialist. Analysis of theoretical aspects of reflective competence allows us to consider it in the field of professional activity as a strategic component with integrative qualities. The result is an understanding of reflective competence as metacompetence, tracing its relationship with the values of the personality. У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз рефлексивної компетентності майбутніх фахівців та розкрито особливості використання практики супервізії як засобу формування рефлексивної компетентності у професійній підготовці майбутніх психологів.
