| Abstract: | The article reveals the peculiarities of folk-song creativity as a segment of folklore, which plays in society the functions historically performed by art in the socio-cultural space. Some of them are concretized and all the most relevant ones for the educational process are summarized, in particular, the teaching of singing folk songs. |
