Діагностика виявлення рівня впливу толерантності студентського колективу на адаптацію першокурсників

Abstract

Стаття висвітлює необхідність діагностики рівня впливу толерантності студентського колективу на адаптацію першокурсників. У статті наводяться результати дослідження рівня впливу толерантності студентського колективу, які можуть бути використані для більш ефективного і адресного вирішення проблем адаптації першокурсників до навчання у ЗВО. Мета статті полягає в діагностичному виявленні рівня адаптації в першокурсників до студентського колективу, сформованості толерантності в якості особистісної характеристики та проведення аналізу його результатів. The article highlights the need to diagnose the level of the influence of students’ community tolerance on first-year learners’ adaptation. The paper presents the results studying the level of influence of students’ community tolerance, which can be used for a more effective and targeted solution to the problems of first-year students’ adaptation for further study in higher education institutions. The purpose of the article is to diagnostically identify the level of first-year learners’ adaptation to students’ community, the formation of tolerance as a personal characteristic and analysis of its results. It is found out that the adaptation of a first-year student to study in higher education institution should be considered as a process of their entry into a new social environment (university staff, academic group), assimilation and reproduction of social norms and values inherent in this environment, mastery of relevant roles and functions.
