| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто сутність та основні функції неурядових неприбуткових організацій як суб’єктів соціальної політики на основі аналізу діючої практики надання ними соціальних послуг громадянам, вказано шляхи створення сприятливих умов для участі таких організацій у системі соціального захисту населення. The article reviews the nature and main features of non-governmental non-profit organizations as subjects of social policy by analyzing the current practice of providing them social services, ways of creating of favorable environment for participation of such organizations in the social protection system are showed. |
