Abstract

Культурно-антропологічна рефлексія злочину відображає концепт, що є однією з маніфестацій девіантної поведінки людини в будь-якому нормальному суспільстві. З розвитком цивілізації кількість скоєних злочинів постійно зростає і потребує глибокого культурного і філософсько-антропологічного осмислення. Cultural, philosophical andanthropological reflection ofcrimeshows theconcept being one of the manifestations of deviant human behavior in any normal society.With the development of civilization the number of crimes has been rising, which requires deeper cultural understanding. The existence of this phenomen on is determined by the disproportional distribution of two cultural factors: aims, intentions and interests, which are identified by acertain culture, and established, accepted in the society means of achieving the seams.
