Особливості життєстійкості у студентів–акцентуантів

Abstract

The article presents the results of empirical research aimed at finding relations between such psychological phenomena as hardiness and types of personality’s accentuations. Modern psycholody determines hardiness as a system of convictions about oneself, about the world and relations with it. Hardiness is usually defined as a personality structure comprising the three related general dispositions of commitment, control, and challenge that functions as a resistance resource in the encounter with stressful conditions. The empirical research demonstrates a conformity of certain combination of vitality indicators and particular types of personality’s accentuations. The obtained data complete known characteristics of accentuations and can promote the process of self-cognition and self-development of students, as well as increasing physical and psychical health and self-realization as a specialist in future professional activity. У статті представлені результати емпіричного дослідження, спрямованого на пошук зв’язків між такими психологічними явищами, як життєстійкість й типи акцентуацій особистості.
