Емпіричне дослідження нервово-психічної стійкості у структурі особистості пра-цівника ОВС

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу результатів емпіричного дослідження нервово-психічної стійкості в струк- турі особистості працівника органів внутрішніх справ. В статті розглядаються основні психологічні детер- мінанти побудови структурних компонентів особистості. На підставі теоретичного узагальнення вибира- ється оптимальна модель побудови структури особистості працівника органів внутрішніх справ. структуре личности сотрудника органов внутренних дел. В статье рассматриваются основные психологиче- ские детерминанты построения структурных компонентов личности. На основании теоретического обобще- ния выбирается оптимальная модель построения структуры личности сотрудника органов внутренних дел. The article analyzes some empirical approaches investigating the structure of personality of the interior affairs of- ficers. It discusses some basic psychological concepts of building structural components of personality. On the basis of

theoretical generalization the author selects the optimal model for construction of the structure of personality of the interior affairs officers. The purpose of the empirical analysis is to identify the specific correlation of activity and personal approaches to the study of personality of the interior affairs officers on the basis of psychological determinism. The article reveals

factors that determine success of the components of law enforcement. We consider some individual psychological fac- tors that determine formation of professional adaptation.

The aim of the article is to analyze the structure of personality of the interior affairs officers in the context of de- terministic principles of the personal activity approach. The research is carried out in the perspective of the role of psy- chological personality traits that determine its professional adaptation in assimilation of its inherent relationships. The

purpose of the empirical analysis is to ascertain psychological contents of the main types of law enforcement of the in- terior affairs officers on the basis of psychology. We also consider the impact of operating conditions on the subsequent
