Система установ для дітей з обмеженими психофізичними можливостями в Україні у сфері соціального захисту

Abstract

Стаття присвячена теоретичному аналізу системи установ для дітей з обмеженими психофізичними можливостями в Україні. Визначено систему державних та недержавних установ із роботи з дітьми з обмеженими психофізичними можливостями. Акцентовано увагу на порівняльній характеристиці громадських ініціатив, діяльність яких спрямована на соціальну інтеграцію та надання послуг та програм реабілітації, забезпечення комплексної, міждисциплінарної та індивідуальної підтримки дітям зазначеної категорії. The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the system of organizations for children with the limited psycho-physical possibilities in Ukraine. There is a system of governmental and non-governmental organizations working with children with limited psychophysical abilities. It is noted that at present there are at least two main strategies of social assistance, social security and protection of people with limited psychophysical capabilities. The first one is more focused on supporting the functioning of the system of institutions (boarding schools, residentional homes for people with disabilities, etc.) intended to help the children, young people and adults with special needs.
