| Abstract: | In today's international educational area there are two main tendencies in the development of education: a) the total universalization; b) the specific professionalization. Today, the term "headmaster" does not contain all the requirements of a globalized society with market socio-economic fundamentals to managing the education. It corresponds to the needs of the concept of "education manager" as purposefully professionally trained expert, capable to work in a fastchanging market conditions and management both in various types of educational institutions and large-scale educational systems. У статті розглянуто компетентнісний підхід як один із засобів формування професійно-значущих якостей менеджерів освіти. |
