Abstract

. The article deals with an actual issue of teaching staff’s burnout, considering the latter to be a factor influencing teacher’s professional competence. The empiric research is based on a forming experiment in teachers’ retraining system. Methodologically the experiment is grounded on the conception of critical situation which is the syndrome of staff’s burnout. The obtained results testify to the rightness of the chosen methods of psychological correction, namely, the group ones.
