Abstract

Обґрунтовується комплексний, системно-ієрархічний підхід до оцінки психофізичного розвитку дітей раннього віку з перинатальною енцефалопатією. Визначаються провідні фактори ризику перинатального ураження ЦНС, що призводять до затримки розвитку плода и народженню дітей з вадами психофізичного розвитку та представлена доцільність реалізації адекватних методологічних підходів до комплексної діагностики порушень психофізичного розвитку дітей з наслідками перинатального ураження ЦНС. The main cause of child mortality is currently perinatal pathology, which is caused by gene mutations, chromosomal abnormalities and malformations arising from the pathogenic effects of teratogenic factors of infectious, natural, technogenic and pharmaceutical origin. Children with perinatal pathology of the CNS have a high risk of developing physical, intellectual and emotional disorders. The article is aimed at analyzing the main factors that lead to perinatal involvement of the central nervous system and the rationale for the implementation of adequate methodological approaches to comprehensive diagnosis of disabilities of psychophysical development of children suffering from consequences of perinatal CNS damage.
