Міфи одеси як частина культурної спадщини

Abstract

У статті досліджуються конкретні міські міфи та легенди Одеси як невід'ємна складова культурної спадщини міста. Детально розглядаються класичні міфи: легенди про заснування міста; міф про катакомби і підземний лабіринт; образ Соньки Золотої Ручки; образ Мішки Япончика. Показано, що кожен з цих міфів виконує специфічну соціокультурну функцію – від легітимації міського простору до підтримки колективної ідентичності. Аналізується динаміка трансформації одеських міфів у сучасному соціокультурному середовищі. This article examines specific urban myths and legends of Odessa as an integral part of the city’s cultural heritage. It provides a detailed analysis of classic myths: legends about the city’s founding; the myth of the catacombs and the underground labyrinth; the image of Sonka Zolotaya Ruchka; and the image of Mishka Yaponchik. It is shown that each of these myths fulfills a specific sociocultural function—ranging from legitimizing urban space to supporting collective identity. The dynamics of the transformation of Odessa’s myths in the contemporary sociocultural environment are analyzed.
