Роль рефлексії у розвитку міжкультурної компетентності старшокласників

Abstract

У статті розглянуто роль рефлексії як дієвого механізму розвитку міжкультурної комунікативної компетентності старшокласників у процесі навчання англійської мови. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена потребою інтеграції соціокультурного компонента в іншомовну освіту в умовах глобалізації та вимогою формувати в учнів здатність критично мислити, розуміти культурні відмінності, адаптуватися до нових контекстів і уникати стереотипів. Метою роботи є визначення функціоналу рефлексивних технік та аналіз можливостей їх використання на різних етапах уроку англійської мови для формування міжкультурної комунікативної компетентності. Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на аналізі наукових джерел з проблеми мови і культури, історико-порівняльному методі для висвітлення еволюції поняття «рефлексія» у філософії, психології та педагогіці, методі аналізу дефініцій для уточнення термінів «іншомовна комунікативна компетентність», «міжкультурна комунікативна компетентність», «рефлексія», а також на описовому методі для характеристики технік, інтегрованих у навчальний процес. The article examines the role of reflection as an effective mechanism for developing senior students’ intercultural communicative competence in the process of learning English. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to integrate the sociocultural component into foreign language education in the context of globalization and by the necessity to cultivate in students the ability to think critically, understand cultural differences, adapt to new contexts, and avoid stereotypes. The purpose of the work is to define the functionality of reflective techniques and analyze the possibilities of their use at different stages of English lessons for the formation of intercultural communicative competence. The research methodology is based on the analysis of scientific sources on the problem of language and culture, the historical-comparative method for tracing the evolution of the concept of “reflection” in philosophy, psychology, and pedagogy, the method of analyzing definitions to clarify the terms “foreign language communicative competence,” “intercultural communicative competence,” and “reflection,” as well as the descriptive method for characterizing techniques integrated into the educational process.
