dc.description.abstractThe modern system of training future specialists in preschool education is undergoing profound transformations caused by the digitalisation of the educational space and a rethinking of the role of the teacher as a subject of innovative activity. In the information society, empowerment pedagogy, aimed at expanding the professional opportunities of future teachers, developing their autonomy, responsibility, critical thinking, and ability for self-education and self-realisation, is becoming particularly important [1]. This approach involves reorienting the educational process from the acquisition of knowledge to the development of the individual's inner potential, professional confidence and leadership qualities. For future preschool educators, empowerment is a key factor in developing pedagogical leadership and the ability to create an innovative, collaborative, and emotionally safe educational environment for children.uk
