Abstract

Актуальність проблеми полягає в тому, що перша японська конституція закріпила всі ті зміни, що відбулися у країні протягом революції Мейдзі. Своїм змістом вона визначила курс подальшого розвитку Японії, який вона, з незначними змінами, зберігає й донині. Об’єктом аналізу роботи є текст конституції Японської імперії.
