Короткий огляд (реферат): The relevance of the article is that nowadays digital technologies are an effective means of differentiation and personalization of educational activities, they change the face of today’s education, turning it into the top rank of human capital investment in the digital age. The shift to digital education requires the collaborative effort of instructors, administrators, and learners to create and meet educational goals, using data analysis to provide individualised learning plans for students. The article is devoted to the issue of formation of digital skills in the learning process of students. The concept of digital literacy and digital skills, as well as the classification of digital skills is considered. The author proposes indicators and criteria for assessing digital skills, as well as theoretical and practical training of students, presented in the form of several modules. The choice of research methods is conditioned by the peculiarities of studying informatization and digitalization, as well as the peculiarities of using up-to-date information technologies in the educational process. The following methods were chosen: analysis of psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature, descriptive method, method of generalization, system-structural analysis, method of interpretation and semantic reconstruction of pedagogical sources.
