Трансформація політичної системи України в умовах російсько-української війни

Abstract

Трансформація політичної системи України в умовах російсько-української війни є вкрай актуальною темою адже цей конфлікт докорінно змінив і продовжує змінювати внутрішньополітичні процеси країни. Дослідження спрямоване на розкриття ключових напрямів цих змін, включаючи вплив на державні інституції, політичні відносини й роль громадянського суспільства в умовах тривалої війни. Дослідження проведено за допомогою загальнонаукових методів, зокрема використано методи систематизації, класифікації, опису й узагальнення, а також методи індукції та дедукції. В дослідженні було застосовано економіко-статистичний метод для виявлення найпопулярніших джерел інформації серед громадян України під час війни, а також рівню довіри до владних структур. Трансформація політичної системи розглядалась через призму певних напрямів. Зокрема, через зміну інформаційного простору. З’ясовано, що значні зміни торкнулися медіапейзажу, де на телебаченні домінує один канал, а активність в Інтернеті зростає на платформах, таких як Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, та TikTok, що в свою чергу, змінює спосіб формування громадської думки й політичної популярності, адже медіа мають свої власні інтереси і суб’єктивність. Дослідження трансформації політичної системи через кризи в політичних інститутах і партіях дало змогу зрозуміти, що навіть у третій рік повномасштабного конфлікту парламент продовжує виконувати свої функції, змінюючи роботу в залежності від викликів і євроінтеграційних пріоритетів. Однак, попри активну діяльність, рівень довіри до парламенту, уряду та президента значно знизився, що свідчить про кризу довіри до політичних інститутів і партій. В ході дослідження визначено також, що в країні зараз відбувається зміна ролі регіонів адже на тлі кризи загальнонаціональних парламентських політичних партій посилюється роль регіональних партійних проєктів. Майбутні дослідження можуть бути зосереджені на більш детальному аналізу впливу війни на формування нових політичних інтересів в політичній системі країни. The transformation of Ukraine’s political system in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war is an extremely relevant topic, as this conflict has radically changed and continues to change the country’s internal political processes. The study aims to reveal the key areas of these changes, including the impact on state institutions, political relations and the role of civil society in the context of a protracted war. The study was conducted using general scientific methods, including methods of systematisation, classification, description and generalisation, as well as methods of induction and deduction. The study applied the economic and statistical method to identify the most popular sources of information among Ukrainian citizens during the war, as well as the level of trust in government structures. The transformation of the political system was considered through the prism of certain areas. In particular, through the change in the information space. It has been found that significant changes have affected the media landscape, where television is dominated by one channel, and Internet activity is growing on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, and TikTok, which in turn changes the way public opinion and political popularity are formed, as the media have their own interests and subjectivity. The study of the transformation of the political system due to crises in political institutions and parties has made it clear that even in the third year of the full-scale conflict, the parliament continues to perform its functions, changing its work depending on the challenges and European integration priorities. However, despite the active work, the level of trust in the parliament, government and president has significantly decreased, indicating a crisis of confidence in political institutions and parties. The study also found that the role of the regions is changing in the country, as the role of regional party projects is growing amid the crisis of national parliamentary political parties. Future research could focus on a more detailed analysis of the impact of the war on the formation of new political interests in the country’s political system.
