Психореабілітація учасників бойових дій в Україні: правові засади та практичні виміри

Abstract

Аналізуються поняття «реабілітація» та «психологічна реабілітація», приділяється увага нормативному регулюванню ринку психологічних послуг в Україні та змінам, які відбулися після набрання чинності положень нового нормативного акту з 1 січня 2023 р. Розглянуто рівні надання психологічної допомоги та перелік психологічних послуг, який суб’єкт зобов’язується надавати під час психореабілітаційного процесу учасникам бойових дій і членам їхніх сімей, алгоритм роботи мультидисциплінарної команди, яка складається з фахівців різного профілю і працює на базі приватної медичної клініки в м. Одеса. Наведено приклади з практичного досвіду надання психореабілітаційних послуг ветеранам, військовослужбовцям та їхнім близьким. The article presents both theoretical and practical material related to the psycho-rehabilitation process of combatants. The domestic mechanism of providing free psychological assistance to persons who are discharged or discharged from military service, from among war veterans, persons who have special merits to the Motherland, as well as bearers of special statuses defined by legislation, is being studied. The concepts of «rehabilitation» and «psychological rehabilitation» are analyzed, attention is paid to the regulatory regulation of the market of psychological services in Ukraine and the changes that occurred after the entry into force of the provisions of the new regulatory act from January 1, 2023. The levels of providing psychological assistance and the list of psychological services that the subject undertakes to provide during the psycho-rehabilitation process to combatants and their family members, the algorithm of work of a multidisciplinary team, which consists of specialists of various profiles and works on the basis of a private medical clinic in Odessa. Examples from the practical experience of providing psycho-rehabilitation services to veterans, military personnel and their relatives are given.
