| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено підсумкам констатувального експерименту, сфокусованого на так званих "факторах специфіки праці" розвитку й виникнення феномена вигоряння педагога. Проаналізовано значущі взаємозв'язки рівня робочого стресу з різними характеристиками педагогів, серед яких виділена основна, суб'єктивно значуща для педагога – поведінка дітей з ознаками дезадаптації. The article demonstrates results of establishing experiment focused on the so-called "factors of labor specificity" of development and appearance of such phenomenon as teacher’s burn-out. It analyzes meaningful intercommunications of the level of working stress and different teachers’ features among which there is determined a basic one, subjectively meaningful for a teacher - conduct of children with the signs of school disadaptation. |
