Шляхи формування комунікативності при підготовці вчителя в університеті

Abstract

У статті розглянута проблема формування комунікативної культури студента у вищому навчальному закладі. Окреслено взаємозв’язок між рівнем його загального розвитку, світогляду, наявності різнобічних знань і якістю володіння комунікативними уміннями, що лежать в основі формування комунікативної компетенції. Визначено основні критерії розвитку комунікативності. Підкреслено те, що рівень комунікабельності та розвитку комунікативних якостей студентів значно доповнюють вербальний контакт, невербальні засоби спілкування. Спадковість створює матеріальну основу та передумови розвитку у вигляді задатків і схильностей при формуванні комунікативності студента. Значну роль відіграє розвиток загальних психофізичних особливостей особистості студента. The article analyzes the problem of forming students’ communicative culture at a higher educational establishment. The author outlines the link between the level of their general development, outlook, presence of versatile knowledge on the one hand, and quality of communicative abilities which are the basis of forming communicative competence on the other hand. The author also ascertains some basic criteria of communicativeness development. The level of communicability and development of students’ communicative qualities considerably add up to verbal contact and non-verbal means of intercourse. Heredity provides a material basis and pre-conditions of development in form of inclinations and vocations in the process of forming students’ communicativeness. Of great importance here is development of general psychophysical features of students’ personality.
