Методи корекції невпевненості у собі

Abstract

Описано методи корекції непевності в собі, а також пропонує методику розробленої психотехніки "Трансформація ідеального "Я" в реальне" для психокорекції непевності в собі, як риси особистості. У статті викладені етапи особистісної зміни й фактори, які заважають цим змінам. Methods of correction of self-doubt are described, and also the technique of the developed psychotechnics is offered "Transformation of the ideal" I "into the real" for the psychocorrection of self-doubt as a personality trait. The article outlines the stages of personal change and the factors that hinder these changes.
