Creation of positive motivation in future navigators for the achievement of cross-cultural communication success

Abstract

The article highlights the importance of future navigators’ motivation creation that is a part of their cross-cultural communication training in the process of higher professional education. The conducted scientific literature analyses allowed us to determine that a person’s activity in general and a professional’s activity in particular are based on such classical components as a motive, aim, operations or means. Motivation is a driving force of an activity, and person’s activities are always motivated. У статті висвітлюється важливість створення мотивації майбутніх навігаторів, яка є частиною їхньої міжкультурної підготовки до спілкування у процесі вищої професійної освіти. Проведений аналіз наукової літератури дозволив нам визначити, що діяльність людини в цілому та діяльність професіонала зокрема базуються на таких класичних компонентах, як мотив, мета, операції чи засоби. Мотивація є рушійною силою діяльності, і діяльність людини завжди мотивована.
