Політичні механізми розвитку малого та середнього бізнесу в умовах демократизації українського суспільства

Abstract

Обґрунтовується, що, з одного боку, активне втручання держави в питання соціальної відповідальності компаній суперечить законам ринкової економіки й обмежує свободу бізнесу, з іншого боку, така поведінка влади є необхідною умовою вирішення соціальних та економічних завдань. Показується, що у регулюванні державою соціальних процесів є межа, яка відділяє активну соціальну політику, що робить наголос на заходах, котрі стимулюють продуктивну працю як основу самозахисту, від пасивної політики, суть якої полягає у спрямуванні на державний захист, державний патерналізм. It is found that, on the one hand, the active intervention of the state in the social responsibility to the laws of the market economy and limits the freedom of business, on the other hand, such a behavior of the authorities is essential in solving social and economic problems. It is shown that in the regulation of the state of social processes is the boundary that separates the active social policy that focuses on activities that promote productive work as the basis of self-defense, from a passive policy, the essence of which is to focus on the state protection, state paternalism.
