| Abstract: | Аналізується діалектика об’єктивного та суб’єктивного в праві як формі суспільної свідомості на сучасному етапі розвитку правової держави та громадянського супільства в Україні. Визначено співвідношення об’єктивного та суб’єктивного в правовій свідомості. Dialectics of objective and subjective in law as a form of public consciousness at the present stage of development of the rule of law and civil society are analyzed. The ratio of the objective and subjective in legal awareness defined. |
