Нормативно-правове забезпечення інформаційної політики в Україні: особливості та суперечливості

Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities and contradictions in the legal and regulatory framework for information policy in Ukraine. It is proved that information policy in modern developed countries is a set of directions, ways of functioning of the competent state bodies for control and management, as well as planning of processes in the field of obtaining, storing, using and disseminating information. State information policy is characterized as a sphere of life of people, connected with reproduction and dissemination of information that satisfies the interests of the state and civil society, and is a source for providing a creative, constructive dialogue between them and their representatives. Regulatory information policy is the main attribute and basic requirement for the development of a well-organized and effective information policy of the country. State information policy – an important component of the foreign and domestic policy of the state, covering all spheres of society's life. Its main strategic goal is to build a modernized information society that meets the modern challenges of the time.
