| Abstract: | В статті розглядаються філософсько-правові уявлення про душу в антропологічному просторі і виявляються важливі методологічні домінанти антропології права, просліджуються субстанційні властивості «Душі». Людина розглядається як космопланетарний феномен. In the article deals with philosophical and legal ideas about the Soul in anthropological space and reveals important methodological dominants of the anthropology of law, the substantial properties of the "Soul" can be traced. Human is seen as a cosmoplanetary phenomenon. |
