Abstract

У даній статті розглянуті герменевтичні принципи тлумачення Танаха, основи єврейської філософії. Розглянуто і описано різні школи тлумачення, а також система 4 основних верств тексту Писання. Детально розглянута основна прийнята система "13 принципів тлумачення Рабі Ішмаеля бен Еліша". Проаналізовано характерні особливості принципів тлумачення, використання в процесі такого тлумачення різних методів логічного аналізу (на прикладі текстів постанов єврейського релігійного закону "Алахи"). This article examines the hermeneutic principles of the interpretation of the Tanakh, the basis of Jewish philosophy. Considered and described various schools of interpretation, as well as a system of 4 basic layers of the text of Scripture. The main accepted system of "13 principles of the interpretation of Rabbi Ishmael ben Elish" is described in detail. The characteristic features of the principles of interpretation, the use in the process of such interpretation of various methods of logical analysis (on the example of texts of the Jewish religious law "alaha") were analyzed.
