Індивідуально-психологічні передумови міжособистісної взаємодії студентів-психологів

Abstract

The article considers theoretical aspects of interpersonal interaction. The relation between individual psychological characteristics and the development of interpersonal interaction between students-psychologists is investigated. The basic personality traits that promote this process are determined. It is specified that interpersonal communication involves such acts of mental activity as mutual understanding, mutual influence, interaction, interpersonal communication and integrative phenomena of compatibility. Signs of successful interpersonal interaction are the presence of common objectives participants in the interaction, the overall motivation, the distribution of a single interaction process into separate related action, interdependence and interrelation of participants in the interaction, coordination and coherence, the presence of a single end result. An empirical study of individual psychological preconditions of interpersonal interaction between students-psychologists showed that this interaction is facilitated by such consistent trends of behavior of its members as sociability and independence. Psychological portrait of students who successfully interact with others is characterized by such personality traits as willingness to cooperation, sociability, emotional stability, confidence, independence, strength, seriousness, courage, etc. Students who are unsuccessful in interpersonal interactions are characterized by such features as comfort, indecisiveness, shyness, dependence on the group opinion of others, focus on social approval, indiscipline, insecurity, anxiety, etc. У статті розглянуті теоретичні аспекти проблеми міжособистісної взаємодії. Досліджується зв'язок індивідуально-психологічних особливостей з розвитком міжособистісної взаємодії студентів-психологів. Визначаються провідні риси особистості, що сприяють цьому процесу.
