Співвідношення показників конфліктності та схильності до ризику

Abstract

The article deals with the results of the theoretical and empirical research of the risk proneness in individuals with different levels of the proneness to conflict. It has been theoretically determined, that the proneness to conflict is a property of a personality, which reflects the frequency of getting into interpersonal conflicts, the level of readiness for development and terminating problem situations of social interaction by means of a conflict. The risk proneness is considered as a psychological phenomenon, as a personality trait, which is characterized by the proneness to risk, the tendency to choosing risky situations, emotional dominating of a certain activity that is connected with risk and stable demandfor it. The significant positive correlation relationships between indices of the risk proneness and the proneness to con- flict have been empirically revealed at the 5% and the 1% levels of statistical significance. У статті розглядаються результати теоретико-емпіричного дослідження схильності до ризику осіб з різним ступенем конфліктності. Виявлені значимі додатні кореляційні зв’язки між показниками конфліктності та ризику. Визначені психологічні характеристики представників кожної групи – конфліктних і неконфліктних осіб. Установлено, що конфліктні особистості більшою мірою схильні до ризику, ніж неконфліктні.
