Аналіз та класифікація вірогідних ризиків у галузі освіти (Ч. ІІ)

Abstract

The article deals with the results of the expert assessment of groups of possible risks in the educational sphere, for example, administrative, informational and communicative, socio-cultural, teaching and methodological. The administrative risk has been specified in the article; it is considered as a characteristic of an administrative activity, which is performed in a situation of uncertainty caused by insufficiency of informational awareness, in the process of making an alternative decision by a manager, the criterion of efficiency of which is associated with the possibility of manifestation of negative conditions of realization. It has been also determined that this group of possible risks includes the following: risk of wrong planning of educational institution’s activity; risk of destabilization of educational institution’s work, which is caused by disturbance of time-management, labour discipline, shifts, standard labour hours, leave schedule, rules of business trips etc; risk of applying innovations at educational institutions; risk of incorrect management decision making; risk of inaccurate prognosis. У статті презентовано виявлені за допомогою методу експертного оцінювання вірогідні ризики у галузі освіти та охарактеризовано їх групи (управлінські, інформаційно-комунікаційні, соціокультурні, навчально-методичні).
