Організація ефективної комунікації в сучасних закладах освіти

Abstract

The article deals with peculiarities of organizing efficient communication in modern educational institutions. On the basis of scientific researches, we have proved the importance and necessity of efficient functioning of communications in the educational institution and presented a modern understanding of management communications. Efficient communication is considered to be a goal-seeking interaction, which is focused on the understanding of a conversation partner, means of which provide establishing and development of contacts, positive relations, learning personal features etc. It is noted that communication in an institution is subdivided into formal and informal. Principles of managing formal and informal communication are ascertained and some differences between them are shown. Special attention is focused on the information, which is spread within an institution in a form of gossip. У статті досліджено особливості організації ефективних комунікацій, доведено важливість і необхідність їх функціонування, проаналізовано принципи та функції організації ефективного комунікаційного процесу та запропоновано основні напрями удосконалення організації ефективної комунікацій у закладах освіти.
