Дослідження особливостей соціальних цінностей майбутніх фахівців у процесі професійної підготовки

Abstract

Статтю присвячено одній з актуальних проблем сучасної психологічної науки – проблемі формування цін- нісних орієнтацій, ціннісного світу української молоді, зокрема студентства, в умовах оновлення всіх сфер

українського суспільства. Проведено аналіз структури ієрархічного розміщення соціальних цінностей у процесі

професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців. Виявлено, які соціальні цінності сучасної молоді займають найви- щі щаблі в ієрархії соціальних цінностей, а які втрачають своє значення. Відзначено негативні прояви в систе- мі ціннісних орієнтацій молоді, їх причини та актуальні шляхи подолання засобами системи вищої освіти. Ви- значено потребу у формуванні соціальної позиції майбутнього фахівця.СThe article is focused on one of the urgent problems of modern psychological science – the problem of forming value orientations, world of values of the Ukrainian youth, students in particular, in terms of updating all spheres of the Ukrainian society. The aim of the paper is to study future specialists’ social values in training process as a coordinate system of personality’s living space, in which he/she carries out activities, evaluates him-/herself, builds relationships with other people. It is stated in the paper that value orientations expressing person’s attitude towards different aspects of material and spiritual world are of great importance in personality structure; they reflect the level of its development, control its activity and behaviour, are an important element of students’ world outlook and world perception. The article provides the review of the results of psychological research aimed at revealing the essence of students’ social values. Qualitative analysis of the structure of social values hierarchical arrangement has allowed to conclude that the finalstage of studying involves the development of students’ supreme values of self-fulfillment and self-realization. That is the very reason why the values of professional life are the most significant. Financial and family values are at the second place. Social and moral values take the third place. Public and physical values are of the least importance for

students. It can be concluded that the fundamental changes taking place in socio-political, economic, cultural and spiri- tual spheres of the society cause revolutionary changes in the psychology of value orientations, in the values hierarchy

of public opinion; stipulate the necessity for rethinking dominating values and value orientations of a future specialist.

Thus, under modern conditions of renewal of all the spheres of the Ukrainian society there is a need for changing stra- tegic, global aims of the educational space aimed at creating socio-cultural environment providing the development of

intellectual, ethical and moral personality and realization of a future specialist as an initiative, innovative and harmo- nious personality.
