| Abstract: | У статті уточнюється сутність поняття «організаційно-педагогічні умови»; систематизуються фактори, які впливають на організацію професійної підготовки офіцерів запасу у вищій військовій школі. На цій основі визначаються організаційно-педагогічні умови, реалізація яких в процесі підготовки студентів вищих навчальних закладів як офіцерів запасу забезпечить її результативність. The article specifies the essence of conception «organizational and pedagogical conditions»; systematizes the factors influencing organization of reserve officers’ training in High Military School. Due to this the author ascertains organizational and pedagogical conditions whоse realization in training High School students as reserve officers will provide its effectiveness. |
