Abstract:	. The article suggests some laws of improving sports result on the base of concrete data about a sportsman according to a certain sports feature. To conduct the analysis of performance of some gymnastic elements the researcher uses the optical methods (photo and video shooting). The article presents the factors of correlation between the numbers of elements executed by each sportsman during a certain period of time.
