Мотивація влади і мотиваційна сфера особистості

Abstract

У статті представлені результати дослідження, проведені по чотирьох методиках. Аналіз отриманих даних показав, що існує взаємозв'язок між результатами, отриманими по мотивації влади, мотивації досягнення успіху, «домінуванням» і «робочою» мотивацією у всіх випробовуваних і, зокрема, у лідерів студентських груп. The article presents the results of investigation held according to different tests on Power Motivation, Success Motivation, Achievements, etc. It also describes the diagnostics of motivational sphere of an individual. The data of the analysis demonstrates some correlation between the results of the investigation on the abovementioned types of motivations of all the testees and, in particular, of students’ leaders.
