Розгляд концепції фасилятивного потенціалу особистості в контексті існуючих теоретико-методологічних розробок з проблематики фасилятивності

Abstract

У статті розглядаються основні підходи у дослідженні фасилятивності,наведено ключові положення теорії фасилятивного потенціалу,розглянутого через призму системного підходу. Показано об’єднуючуздатність концепції фасилятивного потенціалу, що виявляється уінтегруванні існуючих відомостей в єдину системну цілісність. In the article the diversity of existing views on the problematic offacilitation in psychology, pedagogy, philosophy, physiology,psychotherapy is given. It is established that the investigation of humanpotential was carried mainly through the examining of certain types ofpotential of a personality (creative, intellectual, personal, adaptive,innovative, self-actualizing, etc.). The review of certain types of facilitation(psychological, pedagogical, therapeutic, rehabilitative, environmental, negative, etc.), stages and specifics of the process of facilitation in thecontext of a particular activity is given as well.
