Педагогічні умови формування творчого потенціалу майбутнього викладача технологій в умовах магістратури

Abstract

У статті досліджуються педагогічні умови, які б сприяли формуванню творчого потенціалу майбутнього викладача технологій у процесі магістерської підготовки у ВНЗ. Розглянуто причини низької уваги до процесу формування розвитку творчих здібностей у ході здійснення професійної підготовки майбутніх викладачів. Наголошено на обов’язковій включеності студентів – майбутніх викладачів технологій у творчу проектувальну діяльність у процесі магістерської підготовки у ВНЗ. Are probed in the article Pedagogical terms which would render assistance to forming of creative potential of future teacher of technologies in the process of master’s degree preparation in the university. Considered reasons of low attention to the process of forming of development of creative capabilities during realization of professional preparation of future teachers. Is done an accent on the obligatory including of students - future teachers of technologies in a creative design activity in the process of master’s degree preparation in the university.
