| Abstract: | У статті на основі аналізу наукової літератури розглянуто суть і структуру правової компетентності фахівця. Розкрито мотиваційний, когнітивний, діяльнісний і особистісний компоненти формування правової компетентності майбутнього фахівця. In the article on the basis of the analysis of the scientific literature the essence and structure of legal competence of the specialists are considered. Are opened motivational, cognitive, activity and personal components of formation of legal competence of the future specialists. |
