Abstract

The transformation of modern society under the influence of digital technologies, globalization, and increasing information flows has significantly enhanced the role of information security in ensuring state stability and democratic development. For Ukraine, this issue has become particularly relevant in the context of ongoing Russian aggression and the country's strategic course toward membership in the European Union.
