Гармонізація освітньої та наукової систем України зі стандартами європейського простору вищої освіти

Abstract

У тезах розглянуто процес гармонізації освітньої та наукової систем України зі стандартами Європейського простору вищої освіти як стратегічний напрям модернізації національної освіти в умовах євроінтеграції. Проаналізовано ключові принципи та цінності Європейського простору вищої освіти, зокрема забезпечення якості освіти, академічну мобільність, студентоцентроване навчання, академічну доброчесність та розвиток дослідницької діяльності. Обґрунтовано значення адаптації української освітньої та наукової систем до європейських стандартів для підвищення конкурентоспроможності закладів вищої освіти, інтеграції у міжнародний науковий простір та забезпечення якості підготовки фахівців. Акцентовано увагу на ролі цифровізації, інноваційних освітніх технологій, розвитку дослідницьких компетентностей і міжнародного партнерства у процесі реалізації європейських освітніх підходів. Висвітлено основні виклики гармонізації, пов’язані з оновленням нормативно-правової бази, удосконаленням механізмів внутрішнього та зовнішнього забезпечення якості освіти, а також підвищенням професійної компетентності науково-педагогічних працівників. Зроблено висновок, що гармонізація освітньої та наукової систем Україна зі стандартами Європейського простору вищої освіти є важливою передумовою сталого розвитку вищої освіти, зміцнення наукового потенціалу держави та успішної інтеграції до європейського освітнього й дослідницького простору.

This paper examines the process of harmonizing Ukraine’s educational and research systems with the standards of the European Higher Education Area as a strategic direction for the modernization of national education in the context of European integration. The key principles and values of the European Higher Education Area are analyzed, in particular quality assurance in education, academic mobility, student-centered learning, academic integrity, and the development of research

activities. The importance of adapting Ukraine’s educational and scientific systems to European standards is substantiated to enhance the competitiveness of higher education institutions, facilitate integration into the international scientific community, and ensure the quality of specialist training. Emphasis is placed on the role of digitalization, innovative educational technologies, the development of research competencies, and international partnerships in the process of implementing European educational approaches. The main challenges of harmonization are highlighted, including the updating of the regulatory framework, the improvement of mechanisms for internal and external quality assurance in education, and the enhancement of the professional competence of academic and teaching staff. It is concluded that the harmonization of Ukraine’s educational and scientific systems with the standards of the European Higher Education Area is an important prerequisite for the sustainable development of higher education, the strengthening of the country’s scientific potential, and successful integration into the European educational and research area.
