Трансформація національної ідентичності в умовах цифрової глобалізації та інформаційних війн

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано ключові виклики та трансформаційні процеси, що впливають на національну ідентичність у сучасному світі. Досліджено подвійну природу цифрової глобалізації, яка, з одного боку, сприяє ерозії традиційних культурних кордонів через діяльність глобальних цифрових платформ, а з іншого – створює нові можливості для консолідації національних спільнот у віртуальному просторі. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу механізмів використання ідентичності як мішені та інструменту в сучасних інформаційних війнах та інформаційно-психологічних спеціальних операціях (ІПСО). Розглянуто основні технології маніпулювання масовою свідомістю, зокрема поширення дезінформації, конструювання образу ворога та штучне загострення суспільних розколів. На прикладі України досліджено феномен резильєнтності національної ідентичності – її здатності до зміцнення та мобілізації у відповідь на екзистенційні загрози. The article analyzes the key challenges and transformational processes affecting national identity in the modern world. The dual nature of digital globalization is explored, which, on the one hand, contributes to the erosion of traditional cultural borders through the activities of global digital platforms, and on the other hand, creates new opportunities for the consolidation of national communities in virtual space. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the mechanisms of using identity as a target and tool in modern information wars and information and psychological special operations (IPSO). The main technologies of manipulating mass consciousness are considered, in particular, the spread of disinformation, the construction of the image of the enemy and the artificial exacerbation of social divisions. Using the example of Ukraine, the phenomenon of resilience of national identity is studied – its ability to strengthen and mobilize in response to existential threats.
