Психосоціальна підтримка сімей, які виховують дітей з інвалідністю, у роботі соціального працівника

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі психосоціальної підтримки сімей, які виховують дітей з інвалідністю. На основі аналізу українського та зарубіжного досвіду розкрито теоретичні аспекти досліджуваної проблеми. Мета дослідження – визначити й проаналізувати напрями психосоціальної підтримки сімей, які виховують дітей з інвалідністю, у контексті практичної роботи соціального працівника. Для досягнення мети використано методи аналізу, узагальнення й систематизації. У статті розглянуто нормативно-правові аспекти забезпечення прав сімей, які виховують дітей з інвалідністю. Окреслено специфічні проблеми таких сімей (фінансові, медичні, психологічні, освітні, соціальні, інформаційного забезпечення, проблема бар’єрності), їхні особливості (переживання «кризи діагнозу», видозміна сімейних функцій, соціальна ізоляція, переорієнтація взаємин, обмеження кола родинної підтримки, фокусування на особливостях нозології дитини тощо). devoted to the problem of psychosocial support for families raising children with disabilities. Based on the analysis of Ukrainian and foreign experience, theoretical aspects of the problem under study are revealed. The purpose of the study is to identify and analyse the directions of psychosocial support for families raising children with disabilities in the context of the practical activities of a social worker. To achieve this goal, methods of analysis, generalisation and systematisation were used. The article examines the regulatory and legal aspects of ensuring the rights of families raising children with disabilities. It outlines the specific problems faced by such families (financial, medical, psychological, educational, social, information provision and accessibility issues) as well as their characteristics (experiencing a ‘diagnosis crisis’, changes in family functions, social isolation, reorientation of relationships, limitations on family support, focus on the child’s nosology, etc.).
