Реабілітація осіб, залежних від ПАР

Abstract

У статті розглянуто деякі аспекти змісту та підходів до реабілітації осіб, які мають залежність від ПАР. Реабілітація осіб, залежних від ПАР, повинна включати не лише медичне та психотерапевтичне втручання, але й психологічну підтримку, мотивацію до змін поведінки, соціальне навчання, сімейну терапію, професійну підготовку, заходи з реінтеграції, інструменти соціальної адвокації, заходи з профілактики рецидивів та ризиків інфікування ВІЛ, гепатитом В і С, туберкульозом. Метою дослідження є комплексне вивчення сучасних підходів і практик реабілітації осіб, залежних від ПАР, та розроблення моделі реабілітації цієї групи отримувачів послуг. Застосованими методами дослідження є контент-аналіз (аналіз наукових статей, посібників, методичних матеріалів офіційних сайтів реабілітаційних центрів), систематизація та узагальнення інформації щодо змісту та етапів реабілітації осіб, залежних від ПАР, огляд підходів та програм реабілітації цієї групи отримувачів послуг. The article examines some aspects of the content and approaches to rehabilitation of people addicted to PAS. Rehabilitation of persons addicted to PAS should include not only medical and psychotherapeutic intervention, but also psychological support, motivation for behavioral changes, social education, family therapy, vocational training, reintegration measures, social advocacy tools, measures to prevent relapse and the risks of HIV, hepatitis B and C, and tuberculosis infection. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively study modern approaches and practices of rehabilitation of persons addicted to PAS and develop a rehabilitation model for this group of service recipients. The applied research methods are: content analysis (analysis of scientific articles, manuals, texts from rehabilitation center websites), systematization and generalization of information on the content and stages of rehabilitation of persons addicted to PAS, review of approaches and programs for the rehabilitation of persons addicted to PAS.
