Євроатлантична спільнота: операціоналізація понять та визначення суб’єктного складу

Abstract

Актуальність теми зумовлена потребою глибокого теоретичного осмислення поняття «євроатлантична спільнота» в умовах трансформацій сучасної системи міжнародних відносин, викликаних повномасштабною агресією РФ проти України. Поняття євроатлантичної спільноти, яке історично розвивалося в межах ідеології атлантизму, сьогодні набуває нових змістових акцентів, пов’язаних із безпековими, політичними та ціннісними викликами. Розуміння його еволюції від концептуального ядра атлантизму до сучасної політико-безпекової та інтеграційної конструкції є ключовим для формування української стратегії у сфері зовнішньої політики та національної безпеки. The relevance of this topic is determined by the need for a deep theoretical understanding of the concept of the “Euro-Atlantic community” in the context of the transformation of the contemporary international relations system caused by the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The concept of the Euro-Atlantic community, which historically developed within the ideology of Atlanticism, has acquired new substantive emphases today, associated with security, political, and value-based challenges. Understanding its evolution from the conceptual core of Atlanticism to its current political-security and integrational framework is key to shaping Ukraine’s strategy in the fields of foreign policy and national security.
