Fundamentals of the phenomenological approach in the methodology of historiography

Abstract

Among the entire range of scientific studies of social reality, a special place is occupied by the phenomenological approach, whose scientists used the concept of "social reality" to denote a special type of reality. The significance of these studies in modern science is significant, because it was phenomenologists who laid the foundations for the study of social reality in connection with the activities of the person himself, his consciousness in the light of the social world. Phenomenology is one of the philosophical movements of the 20th century, focusing on the premise-free description of the experience of the cognitive consciousness that immanently constitutes the objective world and the identification of essential ideal features in it, in the words of Husserl: “the comprehension of mental life”. In other words, according to Davydenko V., “an immanent phenomenon,” such as a mental act, should be considered as containing three elements: content, subject, and presentation”. Серед усього спектру наукових досліджень соціальної реальності особливе місце займає феноменологічний підхід, вчені якого використовували поняття «соціальна реальність» для позначення особливого типу реальності. Значення цих досліджень у сучасній науці є суттєвим, оскільки саме феноменологи заклали основи вивчення соціальної реальності у зв'язку з діяльністю самої людини, її свідомістю у світлі соціального світу. Феноменологія — один із філософських напрямків 20 століття, що зосереджується на безпередумовному описі досвіду когнітивної свідомості, що іманентно конституює об'єктивний світ, та виявленні в ньому суттєвих ідеальних рис, за словами Гуссерля: «осягнення психічного життя». Іншими словами, за словами В. Давиденка, «іманентне явище», таке як психічний акт, слід розглядати як таке, що містить три елементи: зміст, суб'єкт та презентацію».
