До історії вимушеної міграції (передислокації) військово-морських сил збройних сил України у 2014 році: втрати та надбання морально- психологічного забезпечення військ (сил) у підрозділах та на кораблях

Abstract

У статті досліджується загальний образ героїв, які змогли вивести частину українського військово-морського флоту з Криму в 2014 році та, в результаті вимушеної міграції (передислокації), стали вагомим фактором впливу на політичні процеси в Україні. Розглядається діяльність заступників командирів військових кораблів та військових частин з морально-психологічного забезпечення (МПЗ), виконання обов’язків якими є прикладом для курсантів Інституту Військово-Морських Сил Національного університету «Одеська морська академія» (ІВМС НУ «ОМА»), що навчаються на спеціальності 254 «Забезпечення військ (сил)», спеціалізації «Морально-психологічне забезпечення». Завдання зрозуміти морально-психологічний (духовний) потенціал України як загальні можливості у духовній сфері, реальну здатність до захисту держави, що визначається через ту його частину, яка реалізується у воєнній могутності держави, лягло в основу дослідження, яке було проведено на базі ІВМС НУ «ОМА». The article examines the general image of the heroes who were able to withdraw part of the Ukrainian Navy from the Crimea in 2014. Particular attention is paid to the deputy commanders of warships for moral and psychological support. Their selfless performance of duties is an example for cadets of Navy Institute of the National University “Odesa Maritime Academy”, who are studying in the specialty. The tasks to understand and perceive the moral and psychological (spiritual) potential of Ukraine as a general opportunity in the spiritual sphere, the real ability of society to armed struggle, which is determined by the part of it that is realized in the military power of the state, formed the basis of a research which has been conducted on the basis of the military unit Navy Institute of the National University “Odesa Maritime Academy”. According to the results of the achievements of moral and psychological support in subdivisions and on ships, the positive aspects of the work of deputy commanders of warships for moral and psychological support, who came out with dignity from the Crimean events in 2014 have been determined. The questions from the questionnaire give an idea not only of the work of these people and their impact on political processes on the ground at their professional and domestic level, but also in general about the catastrophic situation in the political processes in Ukraine, which cannot be influenced at the daily level of the common citizen.
