dc.description.abstractThe article highlights the problem of training future educators in universities while teaching the discipline «Theory and Practice of Child’s Socialization». The concept of «training future educators in socialization of pre-school children» is considered as a purposeful process of forming ideas about the possibilities and methods of children’s socialization and adaptation to the conditions of pre-school education, developing their practical abilities and skills to implement individual programs of pre-schoolers’ socialization. The training result outlines readiness of future educators for pre-school children’s socialization, which is defined as a new formation in personality’s development. It provides using methods and technologies of pre-schoolers’ socialization in pre-school educational establishments. The formation features of future educators’ readiness for socialization of pre-school children were diagnosed. The structural components (cognitive, operational, motivational and evaluative) of future educators’ readiness for socialization of pre-school children with the appropriate indicators were determined. Some examples of diagnostic methods for determining the levels of future educators’ readiness for socialization of pre-school children were given. The diagnosis was carried out before and after having classes in «Theory and Practice of Child’s Socialization». The methods of training future educators in socialization of pre-school children were described.uk
