Інститут конфуція як інструмент «м’якої сили» китаю з впровадження ним концепції «Співтовариства єдиної долі людства»

Abstract

Професор Джозеф Най у 1990 р. ввів поняття «м’якої сили». Це приваблива сила, вплив якої створюється через культурні впливи, такі як освіта, мовні та мистецькі обміни. Китай використовує цю концепцію, надаючи пріоритет глобальному розповсюдженню своєї освіті, мови та культури. Його Інститут Конфуція можна порівняти з такими культурними інституціями, як Альянс Франсез та Інститут Гете. Мета статті – на прикладі діяльності Інституту Конфуція щодо глобальної реалізації концепції «Співтовариства єдиної долі людства» проаналізувати китайський варіант дії механізмів політики «м’якої сили». Методи. Для розкриття даної теми використано низку методів, серед яких системний гносеологічний аналіз, загальнонаукові дедуктивні та індуктивні методи, а також метод збору та аналізу емпіричного матеріалу. Problem. Professor Joseph Nye introduced the concept of "soft power" in 1990. It is an attractive force whose influence is created through cultural influences such as education, language and art exchanges. China uses this concept, giving priority to the global dissemination of its education, language and culture. It can be compared with such cultural institutions as the Alliance Francaise and the Goethe Institute. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to analyze the Chinese version of the "soft power" policy mechanisms using the example of the Confucius Institute in the global implementation of the concept of "Community of a Shared Destiny of Humanity". Methods. A number of methods were used to explore this topic, including systemic epistemological analysis, general scientific deductive and inductive methods, and the method of collecting and analyzing empirical material.
