Abstract

Today, it is not enough to simply increase the volume of knowledge and skills that a future specialist must possess; it is essential to develop their ability to transform their future professional activities into a subject of awareness and reflection. What matters most is not how much they know, but how they think and how they arrive at decisions. Without this, it is impossible to actualize a person’s creative potential, internalize professional values and accept them as personally significant, reflect on their acquired professional experience, and pursue its improvement and innovative development.
